OUR HISTORY | L&M DISPOSAL LLC™

L&M Disposal is a family owned & operated waste collector / hauler in northern New Jersey. L&M and its employees are deeply experienced in the solid waste collection industry and have a long track record of providing reliable service.

L&M was founded in 2002 by owner and operator Lawrence Pucillo. He is the third generation within his family to work in the solid waste industry, and with over 45 years of experience he recognizes what it takes to best service his customers. L&M Disposal greatly values its clients, and it shows in the company's prompt service and reliability. L&M sets its fundamental standards high, from the simplicity of ordering a dumpster to scheduling a pick-up. The company also has an on-site maintenance facility where it performs complete preventative preservation and repairs for all equipment, vehicles, and containers.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to join the L&M Disposal Team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Some daily tasks may include; billing through Quickbooks, emailing clients, drafting up formal letters or creating financial & general spreadsheets in Excel/Google Sheets.

+ Roll-Off Truck Driver | Full-Time

We are seeking a Roll Off Truck Driver to join the L&M Disposal Team! You will be responsible for safely operating a Roll-Off Truck in hauling Containers and Compactors to and from select locations. Total capacity of the vehicle plus cargo is around 30,000 pounds or more Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

+ Roll-Off Truck Driver | On-Call / Part-Time

Roll-Off Drivers safely operates a heavy-duty truck and is responsible for preparing, loading, and transporting large mobile open top and compactor containers to disposal sites, transfer or recycle facilities and customer locations. Roll-Off Drivers will navigate driveways, alleyways, lots, high traffic roadways and may operate in tight overhead environments while on industrial routes. Highly skilled backing maneuvers are essential, to successfully perform this job.

Roll-Off Drivers will receive notice of needed work ranging from a few days in advance down to a few hours before the workday. Drivers must be able to commute and show up ready to work as soon as possible.

This is a more casual/on-call part-time truck driving position that is perfect for licensed CDL Class B drivers seeking supplemental income and looking to work anywhere from 0 to 25 hours a week based on business needs.

This position is based at 105 Route 46 West, Lodi NJ. Candidate must be able to work Monday or Friday and Saturdays during the summer.

We are seeking a Diesel Mechanic to join the L&M Disposal Team! Candidate will be responsible for staying on top of truck oil/filter changes, running diagnostics, transmission services, lighting services/replacements and general brake services. Primary tucks that he/she would be working on, are Mack Trucks, with the exception of few Peterbilt & Autocar.
